Can you Astral Project?

It is one of the many mystery of the world that attracts me most, I'm really wondering if it is possible so I research all about this one and found so much answers which later made be amazed and at the same time confused for some reason that I can't put into words.

Actually, upon reading so many articles about this matter, I discovered that everyone of us can do astral projection and quite some time, I am starting to realized little by little on how to achieve this extraordinary ability.

I am become more interested on this one when I'm in the middle of my misery over my Thesis project , just to lessen the headache I felt that time, my group decided to watch video on youtube and we found this video The Arrivals with 40+ parts, after watching 10 or more parts of The Arrivals, I become aware of the hidden activity of those people out there (not to mention them), at the same time, I'm become aware that there is a possibility of using magic, rituals, occult but what I wanted most is Astral projection, and this is one of the many things I want since I am a kid. I read, read and read and after reading and knowing so much, just all of a sudden, looks like something penetrate my mind and I began to realize a thing. What's this thing? Learn it yourself.
